As long as you don't mind the "C" rating, you're fine.
The Vibe
A very 70's, retro, bright, paper napkin/plastic chopsticks kinda joint. An LA law enforcement hangout.
Notes
Located near Broadway in the heart of Chinatown, you can't beat this cheap eats. I actually CRAVE their pork foo young. And I hardly eat pork. Except for bacon. But if you don't go for the pork, go for the free parking and pick up a box full of their yummy desserts made on the premises. The name alone, makes me giggle.
