It’s all about comfort here. This Hollywood eatery is located in what looks like a converted house with various rooms and hallways. They specialize in comfort foods: to-die-for macaroni and cheese, meatloaf, burgers and fries, pizza, and a most delicious chocolate cake. But don’t let these menu choices fool you…the menu also includes seared ahi, roasted asparagus salad, lobster angel hair pasta, and over 50 specialty martinis. The calamari was fried just right and served with the always tasty aioli sauce. Lola’s son stopped by a few times to make sure we were happy with our meals. He was the cutest thing in the restaurant (and I wanted to take him home), which is saying a lot because this place was filled with the hip and beautiful. You can forgo the valet if you don’t mind a little walk.
