I know out-of-town people who insist on going to this Fairfax delicatessen every time they come into town. It’s inexpensive, you never have to wait for a table (the place is cavernous), they're open when you need them to be and the food is always reliably good and comforting. Plus, they have free parking on a street where parking can be at a premium.
